Major Technical Specifications

1. Measuring Range:1×10³∼1×10-1 Pa.
2. Within the range of 13Pa -1Pa , relative deviation between the calibration curve and the standard characteristic curve is less than 15%.
3. Vacuum degree within the glass gauge is not less than
4. Vacuum degree within the sensor is not less than 5×10-2 Pa before unsealing.
5. The standard connecting heads are: φ15.5, KF16, KF25, KF40, CF16 and CF35. And the non-standard connecting heads can be manufactured according to the customers’ needs.
