Yuasa NP Series batteries ensure no electrolyte leakage from the battery case or terminals, with perfect sealing structure and recombination of gas within the battery, virtually maintenance-free. The NP Series offers a unique electrolyte suspension system that incorporates an AGM (Atomized Glass Mat) to retain the maximum amount of electrolyte in the battery. It is a valve-controlled design with a safe low-pressure venting system to release excess gas and automatically reseal the battery when gas accumulates due to overcharging.
