►Battery Use
1. The battery is fully charged when shipped from the factory. During the storage process before installation, the battery capacity will decrease to different degrees. If it has been stored for a long time, it should be charged. If it has been stored for less than 6 months, charge it with constant voltage and current limiting 2.27V/cell, maximum current is 0.25CA or less, and charging time is 48-72 hours.
2. The battery can be used in standby mode or recycled. Please do constant voltage and current limiting charging. Maximum current is 0.1C10-0.25C10A. Battery standby mode: 25C 2V series: 2.25V/cell, 6V or 12V series: 2.27V/cell.
Battery cycle: 25C, 2V series: 2.35V/cell, 6V or 12V series: 2.40V/cell.
3. The ambient temperature is too high or too low. If the ambient temperature is above 20℃-30℃, the charging voltage must be adjusted. If the temperature is high, the charging voltage should be reduced, and if the temperature is low, the charging voltage should be increased. The correction factor is 4mV/C. In addition, if the ambient temperature of the battery is too high or too low, it will also affect the capacity and service life.
The battery must be charged after installation or after discharge. The battery must be charged in constant voltage and current limiting mode. The charging voltage is 25C.
When discharged at 2.35V/cell, maximum current: 0.1C10~0.25C10 A, 100% capacity, the charging time is about 24 hours to 27 hours. The battery is considered fully charged when the charging current drops to a very low current and barely changes for 3 hours, or when the charging capacity is 1.15 times the discharge capacity.
