Flexible Flat Die For Flatbed Cutting Label Printing Pressure Sensitive Label Sticker

Different from rotary Flexible die application, Flat Die is used for cutting label sticker on traditional Flatbed cutting machine. Replacing traditional plastic-base or wooden-base flat die, the Flexible Flat Die has advantages of Flexible die. Flexible Flat cutting die is made of top quality , more precise, more even cutting marking on liner for automatical labelling than traditional wooden-base flat die. We can realize any shape of cavity you want on Flat Die.

Blade height can be controlled within a few microns to designed total height. Distance between blade lines can be controlled precisely within tight tolerances, to meet strict requirements for printing and cutting. Flexible Dies can be treated with special surface coating to ensure anti-rust and durability.
