Electric-assist mountain bikes fall into two categories,pedal-assist and power-on-demand. A: One year. If is our problem,we will provide new spare parts and guide you to repair by video.

A: According to your requirements, we will arrange sample production after receiving your payment. Due to high value of goods, we can not offer free sample, hope you can understand.

Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Normally our QC staff will check goods at least three times, first material coming, second assembly, third final check before package.

Q: How about the shipping?

A: Electric bike is defined as DG goods, DG means dangerous goods, it becomes more strict than before. It means that you should find more professional shipping forwarders to arrange transportation. We would like to recommend some shipping agents to you if you don't have. And most of them will be loaded into a full container by sea freight.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Normally 10-20 units if we have main material like frame and electric parts. It can be negotiated if you can not order 100 units in the first time, and we would like to support you over 2 colors choice for custom logo and frame design.
