D2P 24V 100A Brushed Motor Controller Simple and Flexible

Product Description:

D2P is a brushed DC motor controller designed for application in electric material handling vehicles, cleaning machines, etc., it’s designed and manufactured under leading standards and with many patented core technologies of DALA, aiming to serve our customer with highest reliability and best experience.
D2P software is programmable, and has different models supporting serial port or CAN communication protocols available.

  1. Rich peripheral connections available: 5 input switches, 2 NPN output, and several types throttles input.
  2. Build-in motor regenerative breaking function to recycle the energy and charge into battery when motor decelerates, which prolongs the battery life.
  3. Outstanding climbing ability due to the advanced motor control algorithm.

Robust Safety and Reliability

  1. Advanced MOSFET power section for smooth and seamless control.
  2. Excellent design for sealing and heat dissipation based on patented technologies.
  3. Comprehensive fault detections mechanisms, like the overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, over-heat…etc.
  4. EM Brake with secure protection: short-circuit protection, open-circuit detection…etc.
