Product Description:

With a dual-microprocessor architecture and multiple self-developed and patented technologies, the A0P series controller performs excellent functionality and stability for on-vehicle traction controlling for IPM & ACIM motors.

Our A0P controller also has extremely good compatibility comparing to other brands as it’s compatible with majority of 3rd-party motors which ensures a successful application in many scenarios without limitation on interoperability.

Features:​

  1. It has diversified output models (200A/250A), under voltage of 24V/36V/48V.
  2. It supports both serial ports and CAN communication protocols.
  3. Rich kinds of peripheral connections are supported:
  • small power outputs (maximum output 3A);
  • throttle inputs;
  • digital inputs & analog voltage output;
  • isolated pulse output.
  1. List of encoder types supported:
  • A/B incremental encoder;
  • A/B/I absolute encoder;
  • Sin/cos encode;
  1. It can provide FOC control of ACIM/IPM(SPMSM)/BLDCM motors.
  2. Several valuable technologies adopted such as zero calibrating of position sensor for IPMSM/BLDCM motor and automated parameter recognition for ACIM motors.
