Ac Electric Motor Speed Control 24V 48V 80V 96V 144A Current 700A A4P ACIM IPMSM BLDC

Product Description:

The A4P series controller designed with dual-microprocessor architecture and adopted Cortex-M4F core processor with maximum 240MHz working frequency. It’s guaranteed to have high performance in terms of both functionality and robustness/safety for its application of on-vehicle traction/pump controlling.

The product has also the advantage of high compatibility for IPM/ACIM motor of majority 3rd-party brands.

Features:

  1. A4P supports a range of 400A/450A/550A/700A output and wide range of working voltages: 24V/48V/80V/96V/144V.
  2. Both serial and CAN communication are enabled to ensure wider application scenarios for customer.
  3. Support all necessary kinds of peripheral connections, including the small power outputs, throttle inputs, digital inputs, analog voltage output, etc. which ensures the most comprehensive application for customer.
  4. Larger number of MOSFETs than average are adopted within the product, aiming to achieve stronger discharge capacity.

Safety and Reliability

  1. The innovative designs such as isolated CAN interface, isolated minus-voltage driven mechanism…etc., which ensures higher reliability for customer.
  2. Rich kinds of protection measures are adopted: power-fail detection, Over-voltage cutback, thermal cutback, short-circuit protection, etc., following the latest industrial practice.
  3. Dual-microprocessor provides a structural increase of safety and reliability.
