Product Description:

The A6P controllers as our top specification of AC controller series are designed and intended for the high power scenarios such as the municipality sweepers and large sight-see bus, etc., to provide strong and stable traction drive controls of the vehicle.

The A6P controller is dual- microprocessor architecture based and is widely compatible with most 3rd-party motors/encoder brands, which brings customer flexible and convenient use of the product in any specific scenarios.

Features:

  1. The A6P controller provides output range from 500A to 1000A, and system voltages ranging from 24V to 144V.
  2. Both serial port and CAN communication port are supported to satisfy most of application scenarios.
  3. Rich kinds of peripheral connections are supported, including but not limited to analog and digital output, throttle output, small power output. Etc.
  4. Various encoder types such as A/B incremental encoder, A/B/I absolute encoder, Sin/cos encoder, etc. are supported.
  5. Powerful FOC control of ACIM/IPM(PMSM)/BLDC are enabled.
  6. Many patented technologies are adopted such as 3-loop controlling for speed, position and torque, to ensure higher performance and better customer experience.

Safety and Reliability
