Disposable Glove Film&Glove Making Production Line

There are two steps to produce disposable gloves.

Firstly,produce CPE/TPE/HDPE glove film by casting extrusion line or blowing film line.

1.Casting extrusion method:CPE / TPE film is produced by single-layer or multi-layer co extrusion with LDPE, LLDPE, PE,CPE,TPE, EVA etc. as main raw material. This method has the advantages of high output, good quality and wide application field.

Generally, glove film can be made with single and three-layer co-extrusion cast film machine. By comparison, Three-layer co-extrusion film by integrating different material and properties in the process of co-extrusion in order to achieve excellent physical properties in one and meet special requirement of appearance and functions. Thus, elastic glove film(TPE film) is usually made on three layers cast film machine.

2. Blowing film method:The film is produced by blowing film machine with HDPE and LDPE resins as main raw material. This method has the characteristics of low output, small land occupation and low cost.

Secondly,produce disposable gloves by corresponding glove making machine.

1.CPE/TPE glove making machine.This machine mainly uses the film produced by casting extrusion line,one machine out of one unit,different size of glove mould to produce different size of disposable glove.

2.HDPE glove making machine.This machine mainly uses the film produced by blowing film line. one machine out of two units,different size of glove mould to produce different size of disposable.

The above two kinds of glove machine can be matched with the full-automatic tear off glove machine to save labor and improve production efficiency.

1. Simply wrapped by the blanket first and the tight it by the cling stretch film.

2. Export standard are supplied with well packed by plywood cartoon or inron cartoon. We can make the packages
