appendix:
The following types of tests are mainly used in new product development and sampling testing of equipment.
1, equipment high temperature aging test:
Place the equipment in an environment of 45 degrees or more and continue working for 48 hours. Test equipment is working properly.
2, equipment low temperature aging test:
The device is placed in 10-20 kg of dry ice and operated continuously for 48 hours in a low temperature environment below -70 degrees Celsius to test whether the device can start or work normally.
Test schedule:
For 12 hours in a row, the test equipment is stable.
6 hours after the shutdown, the test equipment can start normally.
6 hours after the shutdown, the test equipment can start normally.
Working continuously for 12 hours, the test equipment is stable.
12 hours of continuous work, test equipment can start normally.
3, equipment vibration test:
Place the device on the car, drive the car to an uneven road surface for more than 50 kilometers, and then test whether the device can work normally. The purpose of the test is to prevent the device from being shaken due to vibration during shipping.
4, note:
1) During the high and low temperature aging test, care should be taken to ensure that the device is packaged securely to prevent inaccuracies in the high temperature test data and short circuit in the dew test at the low temperature test.
2) Pay attention to the waterproof measures of the equipment to prevent short circuit of the equipment water.
3) Equipment that has just been removed from the high and low temperature tests must not be immediately opened for live testing. In case of excessive temperature difference between the inside and outside of the case, dew formation will result in short circuit of the device. Should be placed for at least 12 hours before open shell test.
4) During the equipment vibration test, the equipment should be fixed on the vehicle and must not be placed at will. Prevent excessive shaking and damage the device.
