Use a multimeter to test whether the points are connected properly, whether the network cable is connected properly, and whether the data cable and the power cable are connected properly. After the test is completed, if problems are found, timely remedy and re-test can only enter the next step.
2) Unpackaged finished product test: After the finished product is finished, it must first test whether there is a short circuit in the power supply before entering the live test. Connect the power supply after connecting the finished product according to the product requirements. Check if each indicator of the finished product is normal. (If the power indicator is off, check if the power module and the finished product's power line and connector are properly connected after power off. If the data indicator or the switch indicator is off, check if the cable connection is normal after power off, and if the RJ45 plug is securely connected. Etc.) If the indicator light is normal, the device can be searched by computer. (If it cannot be found, check the data connection between the internal POE of the finished product and the module, and if the RJ45 plug is securely attached.) After finding the device on the computer, first change the default IP address 0,0,0,0 to 192,168 , 0,123. Then enter the management interface to check whether the device can be properly connected and modify the device configuration. Change the device to bridge mode, and use the software to test the wireless bandwidth of the device (the standard is more than 4 megabytes, and test the failure criteria at the end of the standard). Change the device to AP mode and use the software to test the wireless bandwidth of the device (the standard is 2 megabytes or more. If the standard is less than the standard, the test is unqualified. The test device is in point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, AP, AP-client mode of the bridge. 3) Package Finished Product Test: After the unpackaged product is packaged, the finished product is subjected to aging test and the device is continuously powered on for at least 14 hours. The test device is running normally. (Each aging test can test 10 devices at the same time)
4) Wireless coverage testing: The equipment was shipped to a road about 1 km away from the 630 plant and the equipment was connected to a 7 dB car antenna. The tester's portable notebook stands in the area where the device's standard coverage is the largest, and tests whether the device can be effectively connected. Pass the test if you can. Taking into account that the notebook is powered by batteries, each test can be tested for up to 20 devices Note: 1, the device must be connected to the antenna when the live test, replace the device accessories or antenna can not be charged operation. 2. Semi-finished products that have not passed the test cannot enter the live test. 3. Before the test, pay special attention to whether the power circuit of the device is short circuited. 4. 5) After the test is completed, it will be delivered to the warehouse for packing.
