Cable termination
For the copper cable, the terminal processing can be divided into two forms of mounting RJ45 crystal head and RJ45 module. Terminations are to be correctly machined in accordance with 568A or 568B (this problem will be described in Cable Verification). At present, RJ45 modules of various cable manufacturers can be installed without tools, and some require special tools for wire drawing. When selecting wire tools, they should be multi-purpose and can be used to meet the requirements of module termination of different manufacturers.

(1) Termination of the module
According to the design requirements, determine the wiring mode T568A or T568B, the entire system can only choose one of the wiring.
The outer jacket of the cable should be tight against the end of the module:
Twist the twisted pairs from the center into the corresponding mounting slots (do not separate the lines from the head):
Use a special wire-threading tool to pay attention to the direction of the knife edge.
There is a "high"/"low" pressure setting for the wire cutter. The low setting avoids bending the connecting pins in the module, but it may make the thread too loose.
Finally, mount the well-wired module on the distribution frame or wall outlet.
(2) Termination of RJ45 crystal head
For RJ45 connectors (commonly known as crystal plugs), care should be taken to select the appropriate crimping tool.
RJ45 plugs from different manufacturers have different fixed pressure contact points.

BI-3329600 Crimping pliers
Multi-function: Shear, peel, pressure in one, steel body pliers, replaceable crimp module can crimp RJ45/RJ11 crystal head.
Steps (T568B as an example):
Lines are aligned and trimmed by T568B wiring
Insert the paired wire into the crystal head. The wire corresponds to the top of the head. The outer sheath should enter the crystal head.
Put the crystal head into the crimping pliers
Then insert the jumper sheath into the crystal head
