Waste Oil Distillation Plant can treat a variety of waste lube oil and get high quality base oil and a small amount of gasoline and diesel through vacuum distillation. After pretreatment, waste oil pumped into the distillation kettle, heating to working temperature, and then we can get the base oil, gasoline and diesel we required.

When reaction complete, stop heating and remove residue from the bottom of the tank, then the machine can be used again. The production cost is low, but the base oil is high quality. Operation Process

Distillation System

1. Put some crude oil or engine oil into reactor by oil pump.
2. Heating reactor over 150°C
3. High temperature oil gas will be cooling down to pure crude oil by condensers

Purification System

1. After distillation system, oil should go through purification tank Ⅰand purification tank Ⅱwhere some catalyst for removing color
2. Then oil go into removing smell tank and add some decolorant for removing irritating smell.
3. Finally, you can get purity about 90% diesel oil.
