RK-520 23mm 12V 5500RPM High Torque Electric Motor For Automatic Toilet Seat
The RK-520 23mm 12V 5500RPM High Torque Electric Motor is typically assembled with a micro gearbox to form a 520 micro gear motor. It can be used in automatic flip cover components for Automatic Toilet Seats. The commonly rated voltages are 6V, 12V, and 24V, with the single motor's no-load speed ranging between 3000RPM and 5900RPM. The motor's stall torque is around 260 g.cm. When combined with a gearbox, the motor can achieve an output torque of 27 kgf.cm (at 12V rated voltage and a reduction ratio of 210:1).
Lihua Motor, with 20 years of professional experience in motor production, has gained recognition in the customization of micro DC motors. Our products are widely exported to regions such as Europe, the United States, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea.

Smart toilet cover motors are low-power micro gear motors, typically with a power rating below 50W, a voltage below 24V, and a diameter specification under 38mm. These motors are primarily composed of a drive motor and a gearbox, providing functions such as connection, transmission, speed reduction, and torque enhancement. To meet the requirements of different smart toilet cover models, customized designs are often employed, including technical parameters such as the motor's output speed, power, voltage, and diameter specifications, as well as the gearbox's reduction ratio, output torque, structural type, rotational accuracy, transmission noise, and service life.
Lihua Motor has developed a new gearbox structure to address issues such as difficulty in flipping the toilet cover, slow opening time, and short torque lifespan. This structure incorporates a dual design of worm gear and gearbox, enabling effortless lifting of the toilet cover and achieving a rapid 4-second opening effect, significantly enhancing user experience.
