Material frame, stainless steel coil processing, Guangdong stamping feeder equipment
Heavy-duty material racks are the most widely used vertical discharge unwinding equipment in the stamping industry. Before its appearance, there was a wide range of conventional racks used in the market.
Its structure is very simple, which consists of an iron bar that traverses the coil and two brackets that support the ends of the iron rod. This simple discharging method can also achieve the purpose of discharging and unwinding.
It is only complicated in refueling, complicated in adjustment (complex in the level of material belt adjustment) and extremely prone to material migration and bulk material, which is gradually replaced by heavy material frame.
The heavy-duty material racks are equipped with an L-shaped sensor rod (the material width is a separate floor-standing sensor frame, which works in the same principle). It is insulated by the material frame body and connected by an intermediate relay in the electric control box.
The 12V inductive power is supplied by the transformer in the electric box. When the heavy material rack is actually used, the material rack is continuously unwound so that the unrolled sheet forms a downward sag in the waiting area.
When the arc sag to a certain extent, it is in contact with the sensing rod (frame), and the circuit of the intermediate relay is turned on due to the induced voltage on the material.
When the control time relay cuts off the material frame motor switch after a delay, the motor stops and the material frame stops unwinding.
When the subsequent leveling machine continues to work, the arc of the material to be fed rises away from the sensing rod (rack), and the circuit of the intermediate relay jumps. After the time relay delays the jump, the material frame motor circuit is re-connected, and the machine will continue. Run, so as to achieve loop automation control.
