Material frame, stainless steel coil stamping, Guangdong Ruihui stamping and leveling machine
Performance characteristics of unpowered heavy-duty material rack: The non-moving heavy-duty material rack is very different in structure from the common heavy-duty material racks in the market. There is no motor and reducer inside the fuselage, which makes it impossible to use the motor and decelerate. Machine to achieve the effect of timely brakes.
In actual stamping, if the leveling machine runs fast (or the feed speed of the feeder is too fast when it is directly matched with the feeder), it will generate a large traction force for the unpowered material frame.
At this time, the material frame will continue to rotate due to the inertia of operation, resulting in a large looseness of the material roll. Therefore, the unpowered heavy material frame is equipped with a brake device on the body, which can ensure timely braking after losing the front machine table traction. Braking, eliminating running inertia ensures that the coil material does not become bulky.
Use points of unpowered heavy-duty material racks: Unpowered heavy-duty material racks do not need to be used to debug induction time and control operation as in the case of commonly used heavy-duty material racks.
However, it also has its attention points when using it. First, according to the requirements of the stamping production process (mainly related to the material width, thickness, and leveling feed speed requirement), the waiting area between the rack and the subsequent machine is adjusted.
The second is to adjust the tightness of the brake device. The adjustment of the tightness can not be too loose or too tight. Too loose will cause the brakes to be braked in time, and the inertia of the coil rotation will not effectively eliminate the looseness of the coil. Tightening will increase the load of the subsequent machine motor, which will not only affect the use of the front machine, but also affect its service life.
Therefore, it is necessary to fine-tune the brakes several times, and the tightness of the brakes is optimal to offset the inertia of the rotation.
