Description

Three-in-one feeder, stamping die, Dongguan Ruihui leveling feeder feeding device


The three-in-one feeder consists of two main structures: a material frame portion and a leveling feeder head portion.

When using the three-in-one leveling feeder head, first adjust the distance between the two sliding seats by pivoting the screw of the feed width adjusting component to adjust the width of the limiting channel to the coil to be leveled. The width matches.

The upper feed roller is then moved in a direction away from the lower feed roller by a second linear drive of the leveling feeder feed mechanism.

Next, the strip unwound from the three-in-one feeder material frame is fed along the feed guide channel and sequentially passes through the limit passage and the feed port to finally enter the leveling zone of the leveling device.

The second linear drive is then used to drive the upper feed roller toward the lower feed roller, and the rotary drive drives the coordinated rotation of the upper feed roller and the lower feed roller to feed the strip into the leveling zone.

The lower flat wheel set of the leveling device is also driven to rotate by the rotary drive, and the lower flat wheel set and the upper flat wheel set cooperate with each other to level the processing.
