At this time, the spindle bearing can be replaced.
3. the heavy-duty material frame inside the fuselage belt is too loose, resulting in the slip can not provide normal power, the material frame back cover open, the drive belt can be tightened.
Reasons and solutions for the failure of mechanical electrical control box for heavy material frame:
1. The external power supply lacks phase and the contact failure causes the material frame to fail to be energized, resulting in the machine not working. At this time, the indicator light of the electric control box will not be bright. Check the power supply line for the targeted connection.
2. The time relay, intermediate relay, and AC contactor are damaged, resulting in the material frame not working properly. Solution: Check the time relay, intermediate relay and AC contactor of the heavy material rack in turn, if it is damaged, repair or replace it.
3. The contact of the sensing device of the material frame is poor or disconnected. The material frame needs to be controlled by the induction frame or the sensing rod to realize automatic operation. If there is a problem with the sensing circuit, the material frame cannot be normally opened and closed, and the inspection is targeted. Solve it.
