Ruihui NC feeder is a roller pinch feeding device. It is divided into two types: pneumatic NC feeder and mechanical NC feeder according to different relaxation modes. Pneumatic NC feeder uses solenoid valve to drive cylinder push (or pull). The upper roller is used to achieve the relaxation function, and the relaxation action is slower. However, there is not much restriction on the installation. It can be used not only with the punch but also with the shearing machine and the hydraulic press, and has a wider range of use.
The mechanical NC feeder uses mechanical rod relaxation to relax quickly and stably, and is easy to adjust. However, it must be installed on the punch slider, so it is limited in installation and is mainly used for short steps. High-speed feeding occasions or use with traditional punch presses.
However, whether it is a pneumatic NC feeder or a mechanical NC feeder, the workflow is the same, including the two processes of feeding and feeding the drum to relax the material positioning adjustment, and each of them corresponds to a job in this stamping stroke. Time zone.
In the crankshaft feeding time zone, the plate is driven by the servo motor of the NC feeder to drive the lower drum and then the gear drive upper drum is accurately fed into the stamping die; in the relaxed time zone, the upper roller of the NC feeder is separated from the lower roller by the external force, and is released. For the rolling action of the feeding plate, the guiding pin just enters the material guiding hole, thereby eliminating the accumulated error and ensuring the accuracy of each feeding amount.
When the slider goes up and returns to the feeding time zone, the drum is re-smelted to the clamped state, so repeated operation to ensure high-precision machining without stopping.
