When the heavy-duty material frame is used as a winding device for collecting waste, the operation is the same and it is very simple, regardless of whether it is equipped with a tensioner. It is only necessary to adjust the heavy-duty material frame expansion and contraction reel to the inner diameter of the material to be received. The width of the web is adjusted to the position of the A-shaped iron.
