Three-in-one feeder use process
1. After the punching machine is placed, install the mold and place the Ruihui three-in-one feeder on the feeding end (usually facing the machine, from left to right), and unscrew the fixing screws around the main frame. On the touch screen of the unit feeding machine console, the point control operation frame is raised or lowered, and the main body automatically raises and lowers the material discharge height and then fastens the fixing screws.
2. Place the material roll on the loading trolley of the three-in-one feeder, use the handle button to raise the stopper wheel and adjust the width between the two stopper wheels according to the material width, and start the loading trolley. The coil material is inserted into the tray of the shrinking and shrinking reel, and the expansion is started. The oil pressure system controls the expansion and contraction reel to tighten the material roll, and the loading trolley is lowered and returned to the original position.
3. Lower the stopper roller and press the pneumatic pressure roller to open the coil.
4. Lift the material guiding arc guiding device, and start the material frame, then the plate material will automatically follow the arc curve to the feeding port of the leveling feeding device.
5. Lift the upper leveling mechanism of the leveling device and press it when it is ready to press the material. At this time, the sheet material automatically enters the leveling section to be leveled and corrected, and then sent out from the discharge port to the mold.
6. According to the needs of the stamping process, adjust the feeding time and relaxation time, and input the feeding length, speed and feeding times on the touch screen of the three-in-one feeder.
7. Start the material arc photoelectric control device to make the photoelectric induction start working, single-action test, confirm the feeding length is correct and start production to complete the processing amount.
