To achieve the match, after the tip of the mold guide pin enters the stamping material, the feeder clamp is just in a relaxed state, at which time the guide pin can correct the error in time, and the relaxation time is the relaxation angle of the feeder.
However, in actual use, many operators use the feeder for the first time. After replacing the new mold for the press, it is often only necessary to adjust the height of the feeder (because the mold height is different after the mold is changed, the feed height needs to be changed. This is very intuitive, but it ignores the adjustment of the relaxation angle of the feeder. At this time, the phenomenon of inaccurate feeding will occur. The operator is not familiar with the feeder and often cannot think of the problem. At this time, the operator will complain about the feeding. The machine is not good, it can only be applied to a kind of mold.
In fact, this is because the feeding angle of the feeder is not properly adjusted and the feeding is not accurate.
In fact, the reason for this problem is very simple, that is, the stamping process of each set of molds is different, so the thickness of the mold and the length of the guide pin are different. The change of the length of the guide pin will make the time for inserting the guide pin into the material differently. The time has changed. If the time of relaxing the angle is still not properly realized by the previous one, the guiding function of the guiding pin can not be realized, which ultimately leads to the inaccuracy of the feeding length.
Therefore, the adjustment of the feeding angle of the feeder after replacing the mold is an indispensable part. The adjustment standard is to relax when the guiding pin of the mold enters the hole of the material. When the mold rises, the needle of the guiding needle is in front of the needle hole of the material.
