Oil double head material frame advantages:
1. Ruihui hydraulic double-head material frame adopts the new type of frame, rotary shaft and rotary box structure. The advantage is that the center of gravity of the material frame frame is low, and the dynamic balance performance of the rotary body is good, so the unwinding speed allowed by the double-head material frame High, strong tension and stable work.
2. The double-roller of the oil-pressed double-head material frame is symmetrically arranged, the upper unwinding is convenient, the time is short, the working efficiency is high, and the reel cantilever is short, each bearing half of the weight and tension, so no double-head material roll is required. The barrel is designed to support the movement and prevent the drum from being deformed too much due to the weight of the coil.
3. The hydraulic double-head material frame is made up of a positive cone and a slider type reel structure. The reel has simple structure and convenient assembly. The processing and manufacturing of key parts such as reel shaft, sector plate, slider and tie rod are greatly reduced, and computer dynamic simulation design and finite element analysis can be used. Ruihui Machinery adopts space four-node entity. Unit, the model was split. The entire finite element model has a total of more than 170,000 units and more than 30,000 nodes, which makes the structure more reasonable and the dimensional accuracy is greatly improved.
