When the inverter is equipped with Ruihui heavy-duty material frame, it can automatically change the speed of the material frame according to the running speed of the subsequent leveling machine (or feeder) (rather than simply controlling the opening and closing), which can greatly reduce the opening of the heavy material frame.
The number of stops, while improving the smoothness of the unwinding and reducing the jitter and deformation of the material, also greatly prolongs the service life of the machine and greatly reduces the power consumption.
The heavy-duty material frame equipped with the inverter realizes the automatic speed control through the induction pendulum and the time relay, intermediate relay, potentiometer, electronic IC board and frequency converter in the electric box.
As the speed of the heavy-duty material frame changes, the drooping amplitude will become larger and smaller, and the head of the induction pendulum will move up and down. When the rear leveler (or feeder) is fast, the plate will sag. When it becomes smaller, the induction pendulum head rises upward, and vice versa, the amplitude of the sagging becomes larger. As the induction pendulum head sinks down, the potentiometer moves with the up and down of the induction pendulum head and the center point of the potentiometer. Different resistance values, the resistance value of this change, enters the electronic IC board, undergoes internal calculation processing, outputs analog signal, and supplies the motor variable frequency controller to adjust the running speed of the heavy material rack, so that the speed can be combined with the rear leveling machine. (or the feeder) keeps it consistent, it's fast at the back, it's slower at the back, and it's fully automated speed control.
