At present, most of the punching and forming processes for rubber magnetic sheets are single-punching processes, and the processing method is to first set the positioning on the punching mold.
Then, a piece of rubber magnetic piece is snapped into the positioning pin, and the operator presses the punch start button simultaneously with both hands to perform punching. After the punching is completed, the product is taken out from the mold, and another piece of rubber magnetic piece is caught in the positioning groove or positioned. In the pin, carry out the next die cutting.
In actual use, the rubber magnetic sheet is first fed by the air feeder pallet, sequentially passes through the stopper wheel, the moving splint and the fixed clamping plate, and is placed on the work table on one side of the punch slider, so that the punch slider can punch it Cut; properly adjust the air feeder stopper wheel to position the rubber magnetic sheet.
The first fixed plate and the second fixed plate of the air feeder further clamp the rubber magnetic sheet to prevent wrinkles and affect the punching effect.
After the punching slider completes the punching, it moves upwards and drives the guiding plates to move upward together, and the guiding plate releases the air feeder floating rod.
At this time, the floating rod transmits the release signal to the time relay again through the control button, and the time relay first controls the lifting cylinder to drive the first moving clamping plate to move upward and return to the initial position, and the first moving clamping plate releases the rubber magnetic sheet.
The time relay then controls the telescopic cylinder to drive the second moving splint to move toward the bracket, returning to the initial position, and thus repeating, fully automated stamping processing.
