For example, the RF20SD-0R11 robot feeding device in Japan is integrated with the punching machine, feeding from the lateral (side), the structure is complicated, the assembly, manufacturing and maintenance are difficult, the price is expensive, and it is not suitable for the vertical feeding requirement of the punch in China.
The structure of RF20SD-0R11 is the output shaft of the crankshaft on the punching machine. It is telescopic through the spline shaft. The ball joint section is connected with the mechanical hand gear. It is made up of a series of transmission parts such as bevel gear, cylindrical gear, rack, cam, fork and screw. The gripper of the manipulator performs the same action as the punching of the punch for stretching, lifting, clamping, loosening, etc. to complete the feeding.
There is also a set of independently driven transportable conveyors that transport the workpieces to a predetermined position through a spacer mechanism. Such a configuration of the mechanism is limited to Japanese equipment and cannot be applied to domestic presses.
Some domestic feeding mechanisms are driven by the punching table through the connecting rod spring to slide the slider horizontally on the slide, and the material on the ramp is lowered.
Pushing to the center of the mold through the material-receiving mechanism, the parallel moving plate is used to remove the punched material, and the complete set of reciprocating mechanism is relatively simple, no conveying mechanism, reliable linkage, and easy to manufacture.
Combined with the characteristics of domestic punching machine, the robot and the conveying mechanism are used as the main device, and with the automatic unloading safety protection, the automatic feeder with large application value and promotion significance is designed.
The feeder is mainly equipped with a 3150kN punch press, and can also be equipped with a punch press such as 1600kN or 1250kN.
It is mainly composed of a frame, a conveyor, a robot, an oil supply device (including a fuel tank, a hydraulic pump, etc.), a discharge mechanism, and a safety protection device.
The punch automatic feeder is essentially a robot, which can automatically load and unload materials, improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, improve work labor intensity and ensure personal safety.
It has great application prospects in the cold extrusion processing industry. PLC is used to control the mechanism, and the microcomputer is used as the man-machine interface, which satisfies the requirements of control and system.
