After each feeding of the feeder is completed, the punching slider completes the forming or blanking of the sheet metal processing by forging the metal sheet through the mold.
After the stamping is completed and returned to the safe position of the predetermined target, the feeder carries the sheet to move to the next predetermined target position, so that the feeding and punching operations are repeatedly performed until the entire processing of the sheet is completed.
In the actual processing and production, if the punch feeder is improperly adjusted and there is oil or dirt in the drum, the feeder will be inaccurate in feeding, and the punch will still be in accordance with the standard stamping mode.
It is generally not easy for operators to quickly find problems, especially in high-speed stamping production, which is often stamped for a while.
Such mis-punching processing not only affects the quality and efficiency of the finished product, but also causes great waste of materials, and it is easy to damage the mold and even cause personal injury to the operator.
For this reason, it is very necessary to test the feeding of the feeder in the stamping automation production line.
The punch feeder feeds the detector and its feeder misfeed detection function can be realized by the host SD-101 single machine. If it is used together with the safety photoelectric SD-201, there are five additional functions:
1. It has the function of detecting out, detecting the blown product, detecting the phenomenon that the servo has the stacking material, etc., which can effectively prevent the system from leaking the stamping process and reduce the scrap of the plate;
2. By setting the appropriate feeding detection time, the in-position signal is sent to the punch controller at the first time when the material to be punched is in place, further completing the punching action, effectively reducing the time interval between the two actions, and improving the work. effectiveness;
3. Control the punching of the stamping material after receiving the in-position signal, which can effectively avoid repeated stamping and reduce sheet waste;
4. By setting appropriate safety position parameters, the punching machine can be quickly and conveniently moved to a relatively safe position, further improving the safety performance of the punching;
5. After receiving the action completion information of the punching machine, the high-speed stamping equipment is controlled to return to the safe position according to the safety position parameter, thereby further preventing the leakage stamping problem, and further reducing the waiting time of the next feeding, thereby improving the production efficiency.
