Gas path assembly is an important part of the assembly process of Ruihui three-in-one feeder. Due to the possible quality problems of pneumatic components, pipelines or air bags, the operation is not standardized during the assembly process.
There is a phenomenon of air leakage, which causes the three-in-one feeder to be inoperable. When the three-in-one feeder is installed, the gas path is detected to avoid most problems.
In order to realize the inspection of the three-in-one feeder, the quality inspection department of Ruihui Punch Feeder Factory designed and manufactured the inspection tool and carried out relevant tests for the three-in-one feeder production workshop by consulting relevant materials.
Firstly, the gas path of the high-performance three-in-one feeder is detected, and the quality inspection personnel of the punch feeder factory fix the connected gas pipeline on the platform and connect the detecting device.
After the ventilation reaches a certain pressure, the gas source is turned off, and the pressure change is observed. When the pressure drop is controlled within the technical requirements within a certain period of time, the sealing property can be considered qualified.
On the other hand, the quality inspection personnel of the punch feeder factory tested the air bag sealing performance. The test object is an independent two-chamber air bag. Due to the weldment, it is possible to leak due to poor weld quality.
The test method is to first seal the outlets with each joint, and then ventilate them for pressure test. If the pressure drop is controlled within the technical requirements within a certain period of time, the sealability can be considered qualified.
The development of this work is the first step in the study of the gas path detection method by the quality inspection personnel of the punch feeder factory. The test in this area will continue in the future, and the specification documents will be formed after the maturity.
It is included in the quality control process of the entire Ruihui three-in-one feeder, ensuring the quality of the gas pipeline during the assembly, and improving the success rate of the three-in-one feeder assembly.
