The reason why the pneumatic NC feeder is standard is not because of its superior performance, but because it uses a pneumatic solenoid valve to relax, with lower installation requirements and wider application range.
Can be used with a variety of punching machines, shearing machines, hydraulic presses; mechanical NC feeder as an option is to use mechanical rod relaxation method, you need to add a separate bracket device on the equipment.
Therefore, it is only suitable for punching, but in the case of short-step high-speed feeding and traditional punching, the mechanical NC feeder is far superior to the pneumatic model.
Compared with the pneumatic model, the Ruihui mechanical NC feeder has a different difference, that is, it has a material thickness adjustment plate (also known as a loose gap adjustment eccentric shaft) and a relaxation handle.
It needs to be adjusted according to the actual material thickness during use, and the pneumatic model uses cylinder pressure material, which is not necessary.
Many stamping owners are accustomed to the use of pneumatic NC feeders, often when using mechanical models, do not know how to adjust the material thickness, mechanical NC feeder material thickness adjustment method:
1. Push the release handle up and let the upper roller out of the lower roller for a distance.
2. Pass the material of the plate material through the upper and lower rollers and feed it into the punching machine, and release the handle of the lifting handle so that the upper and lower drum rollers clamp the tape.
3. Loosen the fixing screw of the material thickness adjusting plate and move the handle of the material thickness adjusting plate upward or downward according to the thickness of the actual material to ensure that the adjusted relaxation bracket has a gap of 5 mm to move left and right.
4. The material thickness adjustment plate fixing screw can be locked to carry out the actual stamping and feeding production.
