The NC feeder is the most commonly used three punch feeders with the highest feeding accuracy, the best stability, the highest degree of automation and the easiest operation.
The structure is exquisite, the failure rate is extremely low, and the service life is long. It gradually replaces the mainstream market position of the roller feeder, and has become the preferred feeder model for the stamping owners to use with the punch press.
Unlike other feeder models, which have only a single main unit, the NC feeder has two parts: the main unit and the electric control box. The main unit is mounted on the side of the punching machine with the mounting plate.
The servo motor feeds the feed roller through the synchronous pulley, and two sets of pressure springs are used to press the material at the lower end of the front side, and two sets of cylinders are used for clamping and loosening the feed roller to eliminate accumulated error.
NC feeding electrical control box, also known as control box, control cabinet, is a stand-alone type, there are two types of old vertical models and new oblique models. The oblique models are widely used because they are more in line with customer's operation requirements.
The NC feeding electrical control box is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part is the operating area. It consists of a seven-inch touch screen, operation buttons, control board, Mitsubishi PLC, signal processing board and isolation module.
The lower part of the electrical component area consists of an AC contactor, an intermediate relay, a transformer, and a Mitsubishi driver. It is also equipped with a manual control box that can be moved for real-time control during feeding and work.
The NC feeding electrical control box is equipped with three sets of wires, which are respectively a servo motor plug wire connected to the host machine; a signal wire connected to the punch cam; and a signal wire connected to the external power source.
Ruihui NC feeder is very simple to operate. After simple feeding, material and material thickness adjustment, simply input the feeding length, frequency and speed on the touch screen for continuous production.
