High Speed Press Roller Decoiler Straightener Feeder Punching Equipment
The bottom of the high-speed roller feeder is equipped with a transmission shaft, and its extended shaft end is connected with the roller rod through a rocker arm and a cross joint.
The feed port of the fuselage is provided with a guide roller to guide the feed, and a spring for the press material is arranged at the top of the discharge port. The feed roller is disposed above the drive shaft in the fuselage.
When the punching device is started to transmit the rotating power of the feeding roller, the roller clamp material is accurately fed to the positioning by the appropriate pressing force of the pressing roller, and the releasing rod of the relaxing shaft is timely pressed by the die relaxing device.
The inner edge of the shaft of the rotating shaft is loosened and the recess of the top adjusting seat is turned, and the material of the pressing roller is lifted to release the material intermittently.
When adjusting the pressure roller and the feeding roller for different material thickness holding, there is no transmission gear setting between the two, no need to consider the different transmission contact gap and transmission time difference which have different meshing depths, and ensure the adjustment.
Convenience and stability of feeding accuracy.
Special Note: After using the roller feeder for a long time, the friction between the loosely-notched seat and the adjusting seat can easily cause wear and tear. The operator can remove the buckle or the latch at this time, which can be used from any side wall of the fuselage. Pull out the loose shaft and change the notch seat to continue using.
