4. The tooth surface of the transmission gear is processed by high frequency grinding.
Pursuit of perfection in the assembly of the leveling machine: the installation of the drum in the leveling machine assembly has the greatest influence on the leveling accuracy, and the lower drum of the leveling machine is all installed.
The assembly staff will use the caliper to carefully position the left and right side panels. After the adjustment, carefully check each roller to ensure smooth operation.
At the same time, the slide of the upper roller of the feed, the smoothing of the upper roller slide and the right and left side plates are viewed. Make sure that all the slides are smoothly mated with the side panels, but there must be no more than 50 filaments.
