1. The leveling machine wall panel is processed by CNC machining center to ensure the consistency of the two dimensions;

2. The flattening box is welded by steel plate, and the welding surface is polished. After the box is welded, the bearing hole is processed after annealing and stress-relieving, to ensure the internal stress of the box is released in advance, and the outer dimensions of the box and the processing hole are accurate.

3. The leveling roller is made of chrome steel 40CR, quenched and tempered, high frequency quenched, hard chrome plated. Surface hardness HRC 58 ~ 610, chrome thickness unilateral 0.05mm.

4. The tooth surface of the transmission gear is processed by high frequency grinding.

Pursuit of perfection in the assembly of the leveling machine: the installation of the drum in the leveling machine assembly has the greatest influence on the leveling accuracy, and the lower drum of the leveling machine is all installed.

The assembly staff will use the caliper to carefully position the left and right side panels. After the adjustment, carefully check each roller to ensure smooth operation.
