Metal punching processing, feeder feeding speed, automatic stamping peripheral equipment
The PLC program sets the number of conversion pulses on the touch screen.
The PLC calculates the number of pulses sent to the servo driver according to the set length. The number of set revolution pulses can be expressed by the following formula:
The PLC output uses a floating point algorithm, and the input parameters must be in floating point format.
The high-speed pulse output command mid-pulse setting must be BIN number, so finally through the FIXL, the instruction converts the calculated number of pulses into the B1N number format. The number of servo drive electronic gears is set to 5.
Pulse number to actual length
In order to let the operator better understand the working condition of the feeder, real-time display of the feeding length is very necessary.
The method is to read the actual pulse number of the PLC, and the multi-faceted hand is converted into the actual length value and displayed on the touch screen. The actual number of pulses can be expressed by the following formula:
Feed speed to pulse frequency
Feeding speed requirements are different for workpieces of different lengths; longer workpieces require higher feed speeds, otherwise they will conflict with other equipment.
For shorter workpieces, a lower feed rate can be chosen to help protect the motor. Therefore, it is necessary to read the maximum speed from the touch screen multiplied by the set percentage, which is the feeder speed, and then convert it into a pulse frequency.
Pulse frequency transfer rate
While the feed length is displayed on the touch screen in real time, the display of the feed speed is also very necessary by reading the pulse frequency emitted by the PLC and dividing it by the maximum speed, which is the display percentage.
