High - Speed NC Decoiler Straightener Feeder Air Pressure Device Punching Processing


1. After the NC feeder feeding parameter setting is completed, if it is not necessary to change the feeding length, just enter the operation screen after booting, press F6 to switch to the automatic state, and start production.

2. For the need to control the press, it is necessary to connect according to the needs of the site. The 220V solenoid valve or electromagnet can be used to set the cut-off time on the special screen, and the electromagnet or solenoid valve can be directly connected to the terminal of the electric box 14 and 15 .

The use of a 24V solenoid valve requires the solenoid valve to be connected to terminals 24 and 13. For the control of 380V electromagnet, one of the electromagnets needs to be disconnected and connected to terminals 10 and 10. The power supply of the electromagnet is supplied by the original machine, and the NC electric box only provides a switch signal for control.

3. NC feeder feeding signal is generally recommended to trigger the signal between 9:3 and 3 o'clock. Relax and relax when the mold pin is inserted into the mold, and clamp at the bottom dead center.

4. During the use, check or repair the air pressure device of the NC feeder. The air source must be turned off and the residual air removed.
