At the same time, the D/A conversion circuit converts the digital signal of the shear motor speed fed back by the shear motor controller into an analog signal and outputs it to the adder through three sets of photoelectric switch sensors, when the height of the material in the pit is lower than the photoelectric switch sensor When the photoelectric switch sensor is in the on state.
When the height of the material in the pit is higher than the photoelectric switch, the photoelectric switch is disconnected, so that the adder can automatically calculate a suitable given signal feedback to the material frame motor according to the signal output from the D/A converter circuit through the photoelectric switch. The controller, the material frame motor controller follows the shears by adjusting the speed of the material frame motor.
