In the stamping manufacturing industry, press punching adopts stamping progressive die and generally press forming the feeding sheet. The punching progressive die is usually designed with positioning holes. To improve the blanking or forming precision, each station requires accurate feeding.
When the feed deviation is large, the positioning pin will damage the positioning hole, and if it is serious, the mold will be damaged, causing huge loss to the production and affecting the overall product quality.
Therefore, in the stamping production, the accuracy and stability requirements of the feeder are getting higher and higher, and the NC feeder becomes the industry's preferred feeding equipment.
Thick plate material feeding, specially designed and produced a thick plate NC feeder, which replaces the traditional screw material with cylinder pressure material.
This thick plate NC feeder can automatically adjust the gap between the upper and lower conveying rollers according to the thickness of the raw material strip, which greatly saves manpower, and since the two cylinders of the control device use the same gas source, the pressure consistency at both ends is high.
At the same time, the NC feeder press cylinder can automatically eliminate the slight change of the gap between the upper and lower conveying rollers caused by the unevenness of the surface of the raw material strip or the uneven thickness of the edges of the raw material strip.
Therefore, it is possible to effectively avoid the occurrence of feed feeding, misfeeding, and banding, and fundamentally ensure the stamping production efficiency.
