NC servo feeder, metal mold material, stamping automatic feeding equipment
The NC servo feeder is driven by a servo motor - with a punch cam signal, and the servo motor provides a feeding action synchronized with the punch.
Because it has the advantages of simple operation, easy adjustment of the delivery distance, convenient adjustment and actuation, and no need to install the shaft end of the punching machine, it has become the mainstream feeding equipment in the automatic production of stamping.
NC servo feeder operating principle: a stamping stroke for the slider position starts from the top dead center, and returns to the top dead center after the bottom dead center. The NC feeder uses the non-machining time in the stamping process to push the feed to a fixed feed pitch to achieve the material-by-station stamping effect.
The contact angle between the mold and the material is the forming zone, and the rest is the non-forming zone.
The NC feeder uses the punch cam angle setting to push the material forward in the non-forming zone.
When the mold stamps the material, the material is positioned and fixed by the mold material positioning pin, and then the relaxation angle of the material is set by the punch cam angle to allow the feeder to relax the material to increase the material stamping positioning accuracy.
Since the feeding zone and the forming zone do not interfere with each other, continuous punching can be used to achieve efficient production capacity.
The NC servo feeder can freely set the feeding distance. The feeding distance is related to the punching SPM and the feeding angle setting. If the feeding is not timely, the punching machine and the feeder will be stopped urgently.
The NC feeder not only supplies and pushes materials quickly and accurately, but also makes the stamping process safer and reduces the labor burden.
