Roller Feeder Metal Sheet Straightening Machine Material Rack Production
Anyone who often uses the roller feeder knows that the roller feeder sometimes has a biasing phenomenon during the actual feeding process of the punching machine. The so-called biasing phenomenon is that the roller feeder does not follow the feeding and feeding materials when conveying the material. The machine and the mold move in parallel on the line, but the phenomenon is skewed between the feeder and the mold.
1. The pressing force of the two left and right pressure adjusting springs on the top left and right of the roller feeder is relatively large, resulting in material deflection. When the roller feeder is commissioned, the two pressing springs at the top need to be locked after the feeding, so that the material does not slip during the feeding process.
If the pressing force applied by the left and right pressing springs is large when the actual operation is performed, the material will move to the side of the roller with a relatively large pressure during the feeding process of the roller feeder, and this will cause our common deflection phenomenon.
The solution is very simple, just re-adjust the pressing force of the two-side pressing springs, so that the pressing force on both sides tends to be the same. Note that the pressing force should not be too large or too small, too much pressure on the material, too small will make the material slip. The pressing force is based on the fact that the material does not slip.
2. the mold is not installed positive, so that the roller feeder and the mold are not 90 degrees, resulting in skew phenomenon. In many cases, small molds need to be used on large-tonnage punching machines. Small mold installations are easy to skew, and the feeder is not in the same line as the mold. At this time, the feeding is sure to be skewed. The solution is to re-adjust the mold installation position.
3. The material used in stamping production itself is not flat or has too many burrs, resulting in skewing. The two rollers of the roller feeder are arranged in parallel, which does not have a leveling function.
If the bending of the material is large, the feeding will be skewed. At this time, the qualified material can be replaced or a flattening machine can be added in front of the feeder to level the raw material to the internal stress; if there is too much material, the material must be Replace the qualified new roll.
