1. Roller feeders are not available for all presses. In order to use the roller feeder, the output shaft must be punched first, and the length of the output shaft must be 50 mm or more.

Ensure that the roller feeder is provided with stable power. For presses without an output shaft, an additional output shaft is required. If it cannot be installed, the roller feeder cannot be used.

2. Roller feeders are not suitable for all stamping processes. The roller feeder controls the feeding length and time of the feeder through an eccentric disk mounted on the punching machine.

The eccentricity of the eccentric disc is limited, so the feeding length of the roller feeder is limited to a maximum of 300 mm; the roller feeder needs the output shaft to provide power and is fixed on the side of the punching table.

Therefore, the feed width is up to 700mm. The general 500mm material Ruihui Machinery does not recommend customers to use the roller feeder; the roller feeder is limited by the toothing angle of the feed roller, and the maximum material thickness is 3.5mm, for more than 3.5mm. It is recommended to use an NC feeder or a 3-in-1 feeder for thick plate materials.
