Then, it is leveled by the leveling machine, and finally sent to the punching machine by the feeder to complete the whole stamping production, so the leveling machine becomes one of the necessary equipment for stamping automation production.
According to the thickness of the customer's material, the leveling machine is divided into a thick plate leveling machine, a half-cut leveling machine (that is, a material straightening machine), a precision leveling machine, and an ultra-precision leveling machine.
The thickness of the material used by the stamping customers is most in the range of 0.1-3.0mm, so the half-leveling machine and precision leveling machine become the most used leveling equipment in the entire stamping industry. The basic principle of these two leveling machines Are the same.
That is, by electrically controlling its operation, the start and stop of the machine are realized by induction, and the effect of the leveling is mainly driven by the synchronous movement of the upper and lower drums, and the gap between the upper and lower rollers is adjusted to achieve the leveling effect.
The precision leveling machine changes the original scale adjustment to four-point independent fine adjustment. When the uneven sheet passes through the middle of the upper and lower rollers, the fine adjustment device can be quickly rotated.
The scale on the visual fine-tuning structure corresponds to the fixed-seat scale and the high-precision dial indicator on the side reaches the preset position. The adjustment is fast, the alignment is accurate, and the leveling accuracy is greatly improved.
