The roller feeder itself has no power, and it is powered by the output shaft of the punching machine to realize the feeding function.
Working principle: the output side of the roller feeder body is aligned with the height of the die according to the height of the die. The adjustable fixed connection is on the feeding side edge surface of the punching machine, through the eccentric wheel, the connecting rod and the one-way device. The roller is driven to rotate periodically, and the material is intermittently fed at a certain speed.
In actual use, first the punch slider action, during the undershooting process, the relaxation bracket hits the Palin extension, so that the Palin rotates, and the lower end of the Palin lifts an angle, so that the lower end of the Palin lifts the adjustment seat.
At this time, the raw material belt can be fed between the upper roller and the lower roller, and then the eccentric shaft is rotated by the hand wheel, thereby further adjusting the front-rear distance between the upper roller and the lower roller.
After the adjustment, the locking bolt is locked, and then the punch slider is lifted up, and the returning device acts on the shaft to return the position, thereby clamping the raw material belt between the upper roller and the lower roller to complete the clamping of the raw material belt.
After the raw material belt is clamped, the stepping drive mechanism is opened: the eccentric disk rotates to drive the connecting rod to rotate, the connecting rod drives the transmission shaft to rotate back and forth, and the transmission shaft drives the lower roller to rotate stepwise through the one-way transmission device, and the lower roller Rotating in synchronism with the upper roller to advance the feeding of the material belt in steps.
