Feed roller pressure adjustment: By adjusting the pressure regulating valve, the upper roller and the lower roller can be prevented from slipping, and the air pressure is controlled at the same time to avoid crushing the material, causing indentation or slipping.
Material Offset: If the material begins to shift incorrectly, you should immediately confirm that the mold is parallel and placed in the center of the table. The material is at right angles and centered into the leveler.
This operation can be measured by the gage. If there is a slight irregularity, it can be slowly positioned by adjusting the left and right positions of the baffle wheel.
Material leveling adjustment: material leveling principle: The leveling drum is arranged in a zigzag pattern. If the flattening roller on the inlet side is lowered, the material is bent along the drum. If the flattening roller on the outlet side is pressed too much, the material Then bend down.
Generally, the inlet side is lowered to a position where the upper and lower flattening roll gaps are 1 to 1.5 mm smaller than the material thickness, and the outlet side is adjusted to be the same as the material gap (ordinary material).
