The horizontal automatic receiving machine can achieve the purpose of accurately collecting the tape, eliminating the need for segmentation, saving human resources and shortening the time for charging the tape, thereby improving the efficiency.
The horizontal automatic receiving machine is composed of a detecting device, a conveying device, a lifting device, a tape mechanism and a power mechanism.
When in use, firstly, the charging length of the tape is preset on the control panel of the fully automatic receiving machine, and the seat plate of the conveying device is formed in series with the upper turntable of the tape winding mechanism, and when the tape winding mechanism is operated, the volume is The upper turntable with mechanism starts to rotate.
The upper turntable can be rotated in the forward and reverse directions, so that the empty receiving tray of the upper turntable starts to perform the winding and receiving operation. At this time, the lower turntable of the take-up mechanism is stopped, and the strip after punching is empty. The receiving tray rotates.
It is transported by the detecting device to the conveying device, and then transported to the empty receiving tray by the conveying device. When the upper dial rotates too fast or too slow, or the strip is broken in the middle, it is sensed by the detector of the detecting device.
The sensed signal is transmitted to the control device, causing the control device to adjust the speed of the upper turntable or to stop the operation of the entire receiver to avoid damage to the receiver.
