Precision servo-pneumatic clamp feeder action control mode: In order to realize its positive stroke and reverse stroke, it can feed continuously in the same direction. In the control aspect, the pneumatic clamping device requires two sets of clamping action to reverse.
That is, when a set of pneumatic clamping devices is switched once, so that the positive stroke and the reverse stroke can be continuously fed in one direction, the feeding of high speed, stability and no damage on the surface can be ensured to meet the automatic feeding requirement.

1. Due to the use of the clip feeding method, the surface of the clip is made of soft material so that the surface of the material does not cause any scratches.
2. Since the pneumatic clip feeder is a closed loop control system of the servo motor, the controllability of the feeding is improved, and the precision of the feeding is ensured.
3. For the current pneumatic feeding mode, it can only be the single-direction feeding of the cylinder control. The reverse stroke is the shortcoming of the empty running. The reciprocating feeding device controlled by the servo motor is added.
The forward stroke and the reverse stroke can be fed continuously in one or more times in the same direction, and the speed is several times that of the current air feeder, which satisfies the requirements of high speed and stable automatic feeding.
4. The precision servo-pneumatic clamp feeder has developed a special cylinder on the gas path, which overcomes the problem of inertia force generated by high-speed feeding caused by large volume and heavy weight caused by the use of a general cylinder on the air feeder, which affects the feeding accuracy.
