Before the metal sheet is cut, the cutting size adjustment operation is mostly realized manually. Each processing specification requires manual re-adjustment once, the work efficiency is low, the time is wasted, the manual adjustment error is large, especially the processing size needs to be changed frequently. This problem is particularly acute.
Using the NC feeder with the shearing machine to complete the cutting process, this problem can be solved perfectly. In actual use, only the input data can be input on the touch screen of the NC feeder, and the rotation of the servo motor can be precisely controlled by the PLC. The angle thus precisely controls the feed length, ensuring precise cutting dimensions.
When the NC feeder is used together with the shearing machine, the sheet can be sent to the shearing machine for cutting within the range of the shearing size of the sheet. The working efficiency is high, the sheet utilization rate is high, and the shearing operation is safe and not easy. A wounding accident occurred and the labor cost was low.
The cutting size is input into the PLC control system, which can automatically adjust the changes according to the requirements, which is more convenient and quicker to improve the cutting size accuracy. At the same time, by inputting the cutting size of different specifications, it is possible to complete the cutting of different specifications and sizes with one operation, which greatly improves the working efficiency.
NC feeder with shearing machine workflow: The metal sheet to be cut is introduced into the feeder through the pallet, and the size of the metal sheet to be processed is set on the touch screen of the NC feeder, and N dimensions are set according to the sequential processing sequence.
The PLC control system controls the servo motor to work, and the feed roller rotates by the synchronous pulley drive, and the metal plate moves toward the shearing machine. When the metal plate moves to the shearer scissors to reach the required feeding length, the PLC control system outputs the control. The signal, the feed servo motor stops working, and the shearer cuts.
After a shear is completed, while the scissors are reset, the PLC control system issues a control signal, the servo motor works, and the above process is repeated until the sheet cannot meet the shear size requirements.
