How to debug the feeder:
1. No need to feed when debugging, but you must first adjust the guide screw on the guide plate, then use the inching method to slowly adjust the punch to the bottom dead center. At the same time, you must pay special attention to the guide plate. The bottom is too low, otherwise the floating rod will be bent or broken.
2. When starting the continuous punching of the punching machine, the speed adjustment screw of the feeding machine must be rotated clockwise, and the slider moves slightly slower, so that it can be seen whether the nylon spacer and the length fine adjustment screw are touched when the slider reciprocates.
3. When the test machine moves back and forth, if only the nylon gasket does not touch the length of the fine adjustment screw, this is that the floating rod is not deep enough, and the guide screw on the punching machine should be slowly lowered.
4. If the slider moves back and forth, the punch feeder only touches the length of the fine adjustment screw and does not touch the nylon spacer. This is because the floating rod is lowered too deeply, and the guide screw on the punching machine needs to be slowly raised upward.
5. If the slider moves between the length fine adjustment screw and the nylon spacer and the distance between the two sides is equal, then the speed adjustment screw should be rotated counterclockwise to make the slider speed normal, and the slider can be moved when reciprocating. Nylon gasket and spacer ring.
