The V-shaped surface of LV (RV) series guide roller bearings has been finely grinded. The surface roughness of the V-shaped groove of the bearing reaches Ra0.32. The V-shaped groove of the bearing has good parallelism with the installation plane of the inner ring. The force is stable and the friction resistance is small.

2. Easy installation

LV 203 ZZ Custom Ball Bearings Features:

1. The bearing is designed with double row angular contact ball bearing internal structure and thicker outer ring, so that the bearing has higher load-bearing capacity.

2. Bearings are made of grease bearing steel (AISI52100 or stainless steel AISI440C) and processed by heat treatment and precision grinding. They are high quality and versatile oils with long life in the interior. Bearing dust-proof cover is made of metal dust-proof cover. 1. Custom Ball Bearings can be divided into first generation, second generation and third generation hub bearings according to their structural forms.
