1.The friction coefficient of rolling bearing is smaller than that of sliding bearing, and the transmission efficiency is higher. The friction coefficient of general sliding bearings is 0.08-0.12, while that of rolling bearings is only 0.001-0.005.

3.Rolling bearings are made of bearing steel and heat treated. Therefore, rolling bearings not only have higher mechanical properties and longer service life, but also can save non-ferrous metals which are more expensive to manufacture sliding bearings.

1.Needle roller bearings have large bearing capacity and are suitable for supporting structures with limited size. The surface of the journal is hardened as a rolling surface, and the bearings are pressed into the seat holes with matching, so it is not necessary to locate them axially.

2.Bearings should be injected with appropriate amount of grease before installation. Usually, BK bearing is not used to lubricate the non-protruding end of the journal after assembly. End face closure plays a sealing role and can withstand small axial movement.
