HK0709 Needle Roller Bearing Install:

1.The outer diameter of the auxiliary sleeve is coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil, which is inserted into the outer ring of the bearing, so that the auxiliary sleeve and the outer ring of the bearing form an annular hole, and then needle-rolling is installed in the annular hole.

2.After loading the needle, the auxiliary sleeve can be pushed out with the working shaft.

3.The rolling surface of the shaft or shell hole can be coated with a thin layer of grease, and the needle can be attached to the grease at the installation position in turn.

4.When placing the last needle, there should be clearance. The size of clearance should be 0.5mm on the circumference of needle roller bearing.

HK0709 Needle Roller Bearing Features:

1.Needle roller bearings are equipped with slender and long rollers (roller diameter D < 5mm, L/D < 2.5, L is roller length), so the radial structure is compact.

2.When the inner diameter size and load capacity of needle roller bearings are the same as other types of bearings, the outer diameter of needle roller bearings is the smallest, which is especially suitable for the bearing results with limited radial installation size.
